SHIPPING, RETURNS & STORE CREDITS
Because Sette Volpi’s products are produced and created by international and global vendors, delivery times may vary from item to item.
Items will usually ship within 1-12 weeks after a completion of an order; however, delivery times depend on the origin of the product and the shipping method selected at time of purchase.
Shipping Rates and charges vary from one vendor to another, and depend on the shipping method, which is chosen. Before purchasing your item, you will be able to select a shipping method.
Tracking numbers will be provided if the delivery method, origin, and destination permit it. The tracking number will allow you to track your ordered items and estimated time of delivery.
RETURNS & STORE CREDITS
Product detail pages will clearly identify if an item is eligible for return or exchange for credit.
Sette Volpi will accept products that are eligible for a return within 7 days of the original receipt of order. Refund will be credited to the original method of payment minus the return shipping cost and an 8% re-stocking fee.
Sette Volpi will accept products that are eligible for Sette Volpi store credit within 14 days of the receipt of original order.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit after 14 days from the receipt of the original order.
If you would like to return an item received as a gift, you must contact our customer support and you will receive your refund in the form of Sette Volpi store credit.
For an item to be eligible for return or store credit, an item must be returned in its original condition with original packaging materials. It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in undamaged condition. Funds will only be returned once Sette Volpi has received the returned product.
Returning your purchase
To return your purchase, please contact customer support and advice them of the order number, item and reason for the return.
Once your returned product is received by Sette Volpi, we will process your refund. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed. Please note, card refunds may take up to 10 working days to be reflected in your account due to processing time, and can vary greatly between card issuers.
Exchanging your purchase for store credit
To exchange your purchase for store credit please contact customer support and advice them of the item you would like to exchange for store credit and request an exchange for credit.
Once your returned product is received by Sette Volpi, we will process your exchange for store credit within 3 business days. You will be notified by email once your store credit has been processed.
Store credit will be valid for one year after the issue date. Your credit will automatically be reflected in your account and deducted from your next purchase with Sette Volpi.
FAULTY OR MISSING ITEMS
The quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority.
Damaged items can be returned and missing hardware can be replaced. Simply notify Sette Volpi via email and let us know how we can help. We will make every effort to get back to you as soon as possible with either an exchange for the same product (subject to availability), a repair where possible, or a full refund.
Sette Volpi makes every effort to display and detail product information as accurately as possible. Sette Volpi, however, does not warrant that the descriptions are always error-free. If a product received is not as described, please notify us via email, or reference the returns and store credit policies.
